Sofia has been great at explaining the procedure and the documents needed and she even managed to get me an appointment way earlier than what we had previously scheduled. Her colleague Ksenia met me at the Police station for the appointment and she took care of everything for me. I'm grateful to both of them for the great service and I will definitely recommend them again to anybody in need of a NIE appointment in Barcelona
